Halenaquinone

Halenaquinone is a phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitor and can be isolated from the marine sponge Petrosia alfiani. Halenaquinone inhibits RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis, and induces cell apoptosis in PC12 cells[1][2][3].
