Talent Recruitment
Developing and/or recruiting top-notch employees is another area where KansasBio can assist member companies. Work force development is one of the organization's focus areas as it strives to keep Kansas' talent at home. If you are interested in linking your employment site to KansasBio, please contact KansasBio.

In addition, the “Come Home to Kansas” initiative, focuses on recruiting bioscience and information technology professionals and investors to Kansas.  Partners in this project include the Kansas Department of Commerce, the Kansas Bioscience Authority, the Kansas Bioscience Organization and the KTEC PIPELINE.

This initiative is aimed at professionals, graduates, and investors with ties to the state, as well as non-residents who have never lived in Kansas but are looking for “home.”

The core of the “Come Home to Kansas” initiative is a one-stop Web site (www.comehometokansas.com), refreshed daily, that aggregates the thousands of current technical job openings in the state.  The site also includes business leader and entrepreneur video testimonials, cost of living data, and detail about Kansas’ strong network of tech-based economic development resources for entrepreneurs and investors.
